Job Description:

Tushpa Wine Cellar is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious wine tour guide to join our team. If you are an excellent storyteller with a knack for customer service, have outstanding communication skills, and are enthusiastic about wine, we are waiting for you!

Job responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Tasting Room which includes giving tours, tastings, visitor relations, staff performance and wine shop sales

• Take reservations for the visits

• Be timely and punctual with regards to scheduling requirements

• Generate visitors-customers  through in-bound calls, emails and visits

• Inventory management of wine consumed during the visits and in the shop

• Handle routine purchasing transactions, including operating cash registers, and accounting for daily sales. Ensure that cash accounting is correct and complete at the end of the business day

• Ensure that the tasting room is neat and tidy at all times

Your contribution to Tushpa:

• Bachelor degree

• Excellent communication skills and ability to relate to people at all levels

• Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages

• Ability to work on weekends and some holidays

• Must possess a passion for wine and the wine industry.
